Rehman is the founder of RISBA Consultancy and has more than a decade of experience working with the communities to address inequalities and build resilience against discrimination and hate crime. He has worked and led many national and international initiatives to tackle the issues of extremism and hate crime and to promote inter faith relations. He has worked closely with the local authorities in the UK, FCDO, and local and international NGOs. He is also a community engagement expert, and his efforts have been focussed on facilitating young people to engage in social action projects. He has facilitated and delivered training on hate crime, misogyny and countering violent extremism in the UK, US and Pakistan.
Rehman holds an MA in Human Rights from Kingston University, London and pursuing his PhD in Theology at the University of Glasgow.
